Fourmies, the first city in the Hauts-de-France region to launch a crowdfunding campaign with loans from citizens.

On 17 May 2019, the city of Fourmies in the Hauts-de-France region launched a crowdfunding campaign and a loan to finance the implementation of two photo voltaic installations with a power of 98 kWp. The campaign target is to collect €48,000 from the inhabitants of the Hauts-de-France region, primarily from the residents of Fourmies, for a total investment of €120,000.
